Come Work With Us!
Join our team of seasoned outdoor guides getting the kids of Central Oregon outside! We spend our days educating kids on the beauty and resources of Oregon's Cascade wilderness and promote free-play and exploration. The majority of our days are spent at lakes, rivers, and creeks, always finding a new adventure.
Spend the day in the great outdoors offering supervision and insight to your surroundings. R.A.D Camps believes less structure is favorable for child development, and kids get to choose whether they swim, fish, explore, or simply relax in nature. Guiding with us will remind you of how much fun it is to be a kid outside!
We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who have a passion for working with kids and spending time outside. If you want to make an impact in the community and hone your outdoor leadership skills along the way, R.A.D. Camps is the place to be!
We are an actively expanding the company and will soon be in year-round operations. If you are on the hunt for administrative, managerial, or outdoor guiding work, please contact us. We prefer candidates to have medical experience or degrees in relatable fields, knowledge of Central Oregon, and you must be 21 or older. We are offering full-time and part-time positions. Must be able to pass a background check.
If this sounds like the team for you, reach out via email with your resume and a brief introduction. See contact details below.
