Sign Up Instructions
Trips are organized by date. R.A.D. Kids A, B and C are listed first, followed by R.A.D. Teens trips.
1. Click on the desired trip.
2. A new window will open with a calendar through The Flybook.
3. Choose the correct number of participants (it may read "Adult", but this field should reflect the number of children attending).
4. Click the bold calendar date.
5. Click the 8:00 AM PDT availability box.
6. If you have a promo code, enter the code in the Promo Codes/Gift Certificates box, and then click "Apply" or the "+" sign.
7. If you would like to add more trips click "Keep Shopping", or if you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" button.
8. Double check your cart to be sure the dates and locations of your selected trips are correct.
9. Click the "Checkout" button if you are ready to continue to checkout.
10. Enter required payment information.
11. Click "Complete Transaction".
13. Click "Manage My Reservation".
From here, you will be taken to The Flybook where you can manage your account and enter required participant information.
1. Click on the blue "Clients" tab
2. The name on the credit card will default to the guest's name, this will need to be changed to the child's name during step 4
3. Click on the name
4. Fill out child's information to the right under "Edit Guest Information"
5. If you have more than one participant, click "Add Another Guest" and fill out information
6. Click "Save"
7. Once you are done with this you may exit out of the page, you will receive a confirmation email shortly
Please fill out the R.A.D. Camps waiver before your trip. There is a pop up link at the bottom right of each sign up page that will direct you to the Smart Waiver.
