Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 3+ Days in Advance (85% Refund): Cancellation requests made 3 days or more before the reserved camp date qualify for an 85% refund of the camp cost.

  • Less Than 3 Days (No Refund): Cancellations made less than 3 days before the reserved camp date are not eligible for a refund.

Reservation Changes & Transfers

  • Date Transfers: We are very flexible and encourage transfers. Moving your reservation to a different date is 100% free as long as the request is made 3 days or more before your reserved camp date. All transfers are subject to space availability.

  • Van Transfers: Requests to change van pickup locations require at least 24 hours notice and are subject to seat availability.

Self-Service Portal

You can manage most changes, transfers, and cancellations entirely on your own through your online account.

  • Log in to your account at the Active Network Portal.

  • Locate your registration under the Current & Upcoming section.

  • Select Edit to:

    • Transfer to a different open session.

    • Cancel your registration. Refunds will process automatically based on the policy above.

    • Add additional purchases.

Optional Payment Protection (Active Refund)

During the online registration process, you will be presented with the option to purchase Active Refund. We highly recommend considering this protection to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

  • What is it: Active Refund is a third-party payment protection plan managed directly by Active Network.

  • How it works: If you purchase this protection during checkout, you may be eligible for a full refund of your registration fees, excluding processing fees, if you are unable to attend due to covered reasons such as illness, injury, or travel delays.

  • To submit a claim: All claims are handled directly by Active Network. You must submit your refund request through their portal at least 48 hours prior to the camp start date.

Important Note

Active Refund is a separate product from R.A.D. Camps. R.A.D. Camps does not manage, approve, or process claims for Active Refund. If you choose to purchase this protection, all correspondence regarding claims must be directed to Active Network. R.A.D. Camps cannot intervene in Active Network’s decision-making process regarding refund protection claims.
