A gentle first-camp experience built around outdoor play, sensory discovery, and small-group support at Seven Peaks School in Bend.
Our 2026 season has wrapped up. Summer 2027 dates, hours, and registration details are coming soon.
A gentle, nature-based start for our youngest adventurers.
Every Day Is an Adventure
Your camper’s home base for the summer. Our Nest program is packed with hands-on engagement, utilizing our indoor makerspace and the surrounding outdoor parks.
Gentle “Soft Start”
A nurturing, nature-based introduction to camp. We focus on sensory play, story time, and helping our youngest adventurers build confidence away from home in a secure environment.
Small-Group Support
NEST is designed around close Guide support, predictable routines, and age-appropriate group care for young campers.
Seven Peaks Campus
The best of both worlds. We combine the safety of the Seven Peaks "Early Years Nest" facility with daily nature walks around the Seven Peaks School campus, keeping adventures close to home.
Potty Independent
To ensure a sanitary and focused learning environment, we require all Nest campers to be 100% potty trained, fostering independence and hygiene for the whole group.
Is my child ready for NEST?
NEST is designed for ages 3–4 who are ready for a small-group day away from home. Campers should be able to use the toilet, wipe, and manage clothing without hands-on help; settle after a normal drop-off; follow simple safety directions; and participate in group play without one-to-one support. NEST cannot accommodate diapers or pull-ups.

What Nest Parents Say
A 5-star Google review from a R.A.D. Nest parent
“Our almost 4 year old had an absolute blast in RAD Nest. She came home dirty and exhausted every day (in the best way possible). Every guide we met was helpful, friendly, caring, and took an interest in our daughter. We will definitely be back for future summers.”
