R.A.D. Camps is hiring professional, high-energy staff for Summer 2026 in Bend, Oregon. Our team includes outdoor guides, preschool and early-childhood staff, and versatile campus-based program staff who know how to keep kids safe, engaged, and genuinely excited to be here.
Most roles are full-time seasonal positions based out of Seven Peaks or the surrounding Central Oregon field program. We are currently hiring for Summer Guide, Sprouts Guide & Teacher, Nest Preschool Guide & Teacher, and Campus Teacher & Program Guide positions. Applicants should be at least 21, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, be able to pass a background check, and be ready for active, professional work with kids and families.

Requirements & Training
General Requirements
All staff must:
Be 21 years or older
Pass comprehensive background checks
Have a clean driving record
Hold CPR and First Aid certification
WFR or Lifeguard certifications highly preferred
We take safety seriously. Professionalism is not optional.
Mandatory Staff Training
June 12–14, 2026
All hired staff are required to attend a three-day training covering:
Van systems and safety protocols
Risk management
Group management strategies
Leave No Trace standards
Company culture and expectations
Training sets the tone for the entire summer.
