OVER 50 UNIQUE SUMMER DAY CAMP ADVENTURES
Summer day camps in Bend, Oregon organized by RAD Camps. We offer a fun and exciting opportunity for kids to learn and explore during the summer months. There are many different types of day camps available, so it can be difficult to decide which one is right for your child.
How Our Summer Day Camp Trips WorkRAD Camps are day camp adventures. We meet at 8 am and return home at 4 pm.
We drive to the day’s destination in one of our R.A.D. Vans. Once at the trailhead, we put on our backpacks and hit the trail to our destination of the day. Your children will play games together, swim, eat lunch, and learn about Oregon's local flora and fauna. Children have time to explore and use their imaginations to have fun in the natural surroundings. A main focus of our programs is to teach kids to appreciate and respect the environment while practicing "Leave No Trace" principles. After having the time of their lives, campers head back to the R.A.D. van for the ride home - arriving around 4PM. |
Exploring Central Oregon's Forests, Lakes and StreamsR.A.D. Camps explores over 50 unique summer locations and operates under a special use permit in the Deschutes and Willamette National Forests. We have designed programs that give kids ages 7-17 the opportunity to explore pristine destinations while learning about their natural surroundings. R.A.D. Camps emphasizes fun, free play, camaraderie, and an appreciation for the natural world.
